  1. Yogurt sauce: Mix yogurt, labneh, lemon juice and salt by hand.
  2. In an electric blender, add mint, coriander, garlic paste, green pepper, onion powder, cumin and black pepper.
  3. Add to half the amount of yogurt sauce.
  4. Mix.
  5. In a serving plate, add American lettuce.

  6. Boiled chickpeas.
  7. Fried Samosa and cut in half.

  8. Yogurt sauce.
  9. Green sauce.
  10. Garnish with pomegranate and mint, crunchy Indian bread.
