Boil the meat with whole spices and turmeric for about an hour and a half.

On the fire, add olive oil, biryani spices, masala spices, curry and tandoori and mix them.

Then add onions, garlic paste, tomatoes and daqos and leave it to cook for about 7 minutes.

Put it in an electric blender and add cooking cream and red-orange food coloring.

In the same pan, add meat and olive oil and leave it to brown.

Then add the mixture and salt.
