  1. Season the meat with salt and bzar, then place it on butter paper, then tin foil.

  2. Close it and place it in a pressure cooker. There should be water at the bottom, then place a high rack in it, then the meat. 

  3. Leave it to cook for an hour and a half.

  4. Marinade: Mix garlic paste, tomato paste, bzar, olive oil, and red-orange food coloring.

  5. After the time has passed, place the meat in an oven tray.
  6. Add the marinade to it.
  7. Put it in the oven from above and below at a temperature of 200 for 10 minutes, then add ghee in tin foil and charcoal until it smokes.
  8. For the rice: Add ghee, whole spices, bzar, and pepper to the fire and mix.

  9. Then add the rice, salt, and water and leave it to cook.
  10. Add fried onions, red orange and yellow food coloring, add a tin with ghee and charcoal, add some of the meat water (after it cooks, the water will form in the tin) and close the lid on it.
