  1. Over the heat, add all the ingredients together: onions, garlic paste, curry leaves, green pepper, bell pepper, black lemon, daqos, tomatoes, tomato paste, turmeric, black pepper, paprika, cumin, and mixed spices.

  2. Add water and salt and let it simmer for 12 minutes.
  3. Add fried shrimp (seasoned with turmeric, salt, and lemon juice).
  4. Mix and let it simmer for about 3 minutes.
  5. Add medium cooked rice.

  6. Add the saffron soaked in rose water.
  7. Serve.
