  1. Over the heat, add ghee, fried onions, curry leaves, green pepper, curry spices, and tandoori spices.
  2. Then add mint, coriander, garlic paste, and ginger paste.
  3. Add chopped tomatoes, tomato paste, lemon juice, and a little water and let it thicken.

  4. Add fried fish: seasoned with salt, black pepper, turmeric, bzar, and olive oil.
  5. Add dill and keep it for a while.

  6. White rice and add fish.

  7. Then add a layer of rice, saffron soaked in rose water, and fried onions.
  8. Serve.
