  1. Over the heat, add ghee and the meat and brown it on both sides.
  2. Marinating: salt, black pepper, cumin, and coriander powder.
  3. Add it to the meat.
  4. In an ovenproof dish, add water to the bottom, then a wire rack, then parchment paper, then the meat.
  5. Add the ghee and charcoal to the parchment paper and foil.
  6. Cover with foil and place in the oven, top and bottom at 250°C, for two hours.
  7. After oven.

  8. For the filling: Over the heat, add fried onions, boiled chickpeas, ghee, and whole spices.
  9. Add white rice, ghee, yellow food coloring, and red-orange food coloring.
  10. Add the filling.
  11. Serve it.
