Meat Marinade: In a bowl, mix the meat, salt, black pepper, shawarma spices, lemon juice, garlic paste, and yogurt. Let the marinade sit for a while.

Over high heat and in a hot skillet, add olive oil, then the meat. Let it cook for 6 minutes, stirring occasionally.
