  3. Then add olive oil and charcoal, close the lid, and let it cook for 3 minutes.
  4. For the sauce: In a bowl, mix the hummus, tahini, yogurt, lemon juice, and salt.
  5. For the salad: In a bowl, mix the rocca, lettuce, onions, sumac, and lemon juice.
