How to cancel renewal:
  1. The website or app must be in English.
  2. Then, click the 👤 icon.
  3. Subscriptions
  4. Cancel
 
 When you click cancel, your prescriptions will be available until your subscription ends this month. You will not be deducted from your account for the following month.
