  1. Boil the meat with whole spices and turmeric for about an hour and a half.
  2. On the fire, add olive oil, biryani spices, masala spices, curry and tandoori and mix them.
  3. Then add onions, garlic paste, tomatoes and daqos and leave it to cook for about 7 minutes.
  4. Put it in an electric blender and add cooking cream and red-orange food coloring.

  5. In the same pan, add meat and  olive oil and leave it to brown.

  6. Then add the mixture and salt.
  7. Mix it.
